i had triple bypass 4 yrs ago and 2 yrs later had a stint put in one of the bypassed arteries and ive had another heart attack since then...I don't take any BP meds. but for the last 2 day ive had severe chest pain and what feels like a pinched nerve in my left shoulder/arm. My BP over the last 24 hours has been anywhere from 177/102 to 135/88. I haven't felt well the past or day two.. when Im at rest my BP is closer to normal but when I get up to do anything, it gets harder to breath and my BP goes way up. i don't have insurance and was wondering if i should go to the ER . as i said earlier when im resting or sitting it goes back to normal. thanks, Jimmy
