How To Treat Swollen Patch Of Skin?

Hello I have a swollen patch of skin, between my labia and right leg. I have been getting them on and off for years now. I m worried it might be something serious. It usually starts out like a tiny zit, then gets bigger and it hurts, and then the swelling goes down days later. Any ideas what it might be

It seems to be recurrent folliculitis. You need to take a course of oral and topical antibiotics.
