How To Treat Stiffness,dizzy,headache,sniffles,nausea,fatigue With Light Temperature?

48 year old female 5'10 165 lbs. Have been feeling ill all day.
Stiff, dizzy, headachy, sniffles, some what nauseaus, weak and tired (so tired) my temp was 95.4 all morning. I drank some hot tea with lunch and it went up to 96.1. Now it's back to 95.5.. My usual Temp is around 97 or so.
I feel like I have a cold with a reverse fever.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
There are many causes of low body temperature.
Low body temperature is called hypothermia.
Consumption of alcohol can cause hypothermia.
Cold environmental temperature can also cause hypothermia.
Bacterial infections can also cause low body temperature.
In your case, there are associated symptoms of stiffness, dizziness, headache, nausea, weakness and tiredness, there is possibility of hypothyroidism.
Hypothyrodism is caused by fall in thyroid hormones and it causes similar symptoms along with low body temperature.
Consult your physician for clinical examination and relevant investigations for further management.
