hello, my wife is 21st week pregnant (twin pregnancy) and in 18th week of gestation we came to hospital due to pruritus and bilirubine levels total:7,19mg/dl direct::6,43mg/dl total bile acids:80,8 doctors started cholestramyne3x1 and UDCA 3X2 about 3 weeks we are staying in hospital and still no diagnosys. and bilirubin level is now total:10,3mg/ld direkt:9,13mg/dl ALT:43,9U/L AST:47,2U/L ALP:179U/L and bilirubin velest are increasing daily. all hepatitis tests are negative, AMA-M2 Negative and anti tiroglobulin:11,16 IU/ml Anti tpo ab:10.11IU/ml, ST4:1,630 ng/dl TSH:<0,005 µIU/mL. my wife is using Azathioprine 3x50mg about 2 years for chron's disease and she used a lot of progesteron in 2nd and 2rd mounth of gestation. in hospital all MR and US controls made several times but nothing found in liver and gallbladder and now nobody can diagnos this situation please help us.
