i had gone through a surgery of inguinal hernia in april 2015 after which the doctor suggested me not to join gym or fitness centre, i'm 21 years old (22 running) and want to maintain my fitness and increase my body physique.... i want u to suggest me through out my fitness and exercise by which i could improve my body physique.
