Hello,

If you already repaired for fat containing bilateral inguinal hernias means current pain may be due to recurrence of a hernia.

Other possibilities like cystitis or urinary tract infection or colitis or appendicitis etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Use tablet Mefenamic acid twice a day for five days. Please get it done ultrasound abdomen, urine examination and complete blood picture.

It symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
