X-ray Done, Maximum Height Reached, Closed Growth Plate. How To Increase Height?
i did an x-ray yesterday and they told me my height stop growing i felt so depressed. how can i grow taller i am only 5 2? please and which kind of doctor i should i ask. and where can i find the cure for the growth height? i really need help :( and do you think i can grow taller even thought my growth plate are closed?

If you are above 20 years and now in your case as there is fusion of epiphysis with bone increasing of height is not possible.
If some body claims for increasing height, do not believe.
Now there is no chance but for trial go for exercise like jogging, running, jumping ropes, cycling etc.
Take high protein diet.
