Would The Doctors Know If One Takes Abortion Pills?

hi, I took the pill two days ago, had a lot of bleeding and pain but today its the third day and im still in pain, went to hospital and dr. said im in partially abortion and did blood test and ultra sound and got to go back tomorrow for cleaning. so is there away the dr. might know that I have taken the abortion pills?

1. Dr would not able to tell weather you have taken abortion pills or any other medication. BUT
2. Ultrasound pelvis status of the uterus and endometrium cavity will be seen clearly - in case of incomplete abortion there will be presence of foetal parts / parts of pregnancy.
3.Your present status ultrasound findings will be RPOC - retained products of conception.
4.In which further treatment of choice will be D&C - dilatation and curettage which will complete evacuation of the pregnancy.
5.Suggest you to take proper protection - to avoid this kind of complications, this will cause complication and difficulty in future pregnancies.
6.Finally Doctor would have not known this if it was complete abortion but since its incomplete he came to know. Good luck.
