Hi Dr. I am 56 yrs old, and a diabetic. I am concerned about my weight loss. I am not very very skinny but I feel if I was back to my original weight I would be looking a whole lot better. How do I control my weight as a diabetic, and keep my sugar at a stable level. I am taking insulin and metformin, Thank u
Dear sir/madam i can understand your concern. i am very sorry about your condition. in my opinion the reason for your weight increase might be due to no exercise and controlled food. people taking insulin are having more chances to put on weight. This can be effectively controlled by good diet and exercise. so i suggest you to meet a diet expert and take plan from them. Dr vamsi Diabetologist
