Would Smoking Weed Affect The INR Levels While On Warfarin?

Hello, I’m a 23 year old Male and just had a metallic valve put in me, I’m currently on warfarin and have given up alcohol completely due to it not reacting well with the warfarin, I used to smoke weed a bit before my operation, would it be safe to smoke weed or would this affect my INR?

Weed is very well established cause to develop blood dyscriasis and should be avoided as far as possible.
