Hi,

You should get hormonal profile done and endocrinologist review and to start of hormone therapy after comparing benefits with contraindications. Osteoporosis may also be supported by the therapy but rest of metabolic or infective causes of your symptoms should be ruled out with a baseline blood work up.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
