Would A Seizure Cause The Heart To Stop?
Woods a seizure cause You heart to stop? Someone i know says her heart stops when she has a seizure. No meds are taken and supposed to have been diagnosed with epilepsy about 6 months ago. Said she went to the er last night and heart stopped 4 times but they just sent her home.

It is not the case that the heart stops during the epilepsy episode. Of course the rhythm of the heart can be changed for sometime but it cannot be stopped, it is just the assumption and not true.
