Working As A Stone Mason, Has Pus Areas On Chest, Sores Hurt. Remedy?

Hello I have a question and thanks for your time. My boyfriend is a stone mason and believes he has concrete, cement poisoning from working outside with the cement and sweating. He has pus areas on his chest and these sores hurt. He has no heath insurance do you have any suggestions as to what we can do to remedy this?

Hi,
This seems that there might be having ingrown hair follicular infection.
go for one antibiotic medicine course after consulting your doctor to control infection.
Apply antibiotic cream after proper cleaning the pert properly.
After coming from work he should take bath cleaning all body with scrubbing all body to remove cement and dust.
Wear gloves on hands ans foot while working.
Ok and take care.
