Wondering what can be done about a Doctors receptionists who is always lying and saying "your scripts fixed i got it done" (has happened a total of 10 times now) then you show up at close at the pharmacy and its not there!! My medication I need to work without it I have to call in sick. I am on Suboxone (9mg per 14 days) and Clonazapam (16.5 mg per 14 days). I will go through withdrawal without it or excessive sweating at my job which is outdoors and Ive heard both medications when stopped can put you at greater risk of heat stroke or exhaustion. The clonazapam has helped me so much with my anxiety (caused by work and a past relationship)
and know its not the final answer to my problem. But I currently am in a mental state where if this receptionist does this a few more times. I could quite literally lose my job for absences. Do I talk to the Doctor his employer or the Ontario College of Physicians? Thank you in advance. Oh and when I show up to the pharmacy and the scripts not there I 100% of the time get a panic attack and end up having to use my clonazapam because I am in a panic. I could probably be on a lower dose if he had a receptionist that did their job.
