Will The Position Of Testes Affect Fertility?

my right testicle is slightly bigger than the left one, while the skin becomes loose my right testicle is hangging below the left one . i can produse sprem . no pain some times it pains slightly is it normal will it affect my fertility? pl help me out?

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have observed that your Rt Testicle is at slightly lower level than left one and have a doubt that it may affect your fertility.

Please note that fertility does not depend upon the level of testicle and both the testicles are never at the same levels in every person ,one is always slightly lower than the other one.
