Will The Dizziness Be Due To The Withdrawal Of Januvia?

I have taken januvia 100mg. For 4 years. I went off of it due to pancreas scare. My new Dr. Has me on invokana 300mg & glipizide 10 mg. twice a day. I ve been on this for 3 wks. I feel lousy & lightheaded all day. Is there a possible januvia withdrawal going on here? My blood glucose is 100-120
