Hello dear Understand your concern Yes you can use abortion pill but should be used under observation of gynecologist up to 69 days after confirming intrauterine pregnancy by USG scan. Do not use without consulting gynecologist as it cause complication that require surgery. Mifepristone 600 mg followed by application 800 ug misoprostol vaginally by gynecologist after 24 hour. Dose can be modified by doctor if no induce bleeding. Whole abortion process will complete in 3-4 days. Post abortion at 14th day to confirm the incomplete abortion for safe and effective practice.
