hi..am suffering from menstural stomach ache and backpain from yesterday onwards.i had one meftal spas yesternight and could sleep nicely without much trouble..right now i feel the same sufferings. i cannot even stand for a minute..can i take meftal spas again, is it got any side effect? i am newly marreid woman.will it becomes any problem for pregnanacy. or please suggest me a better way to get rid of this pain.
