Will Ice Pack Relieve Me From Knee Pain And Swelling After 7 Days Of Injury?
Hi, My name is ,m.,d I had small accident last Monday and my knee was having pain since that day, but today I noticed that there is bit of swelling on it. So, my question is can I use ice pack after 7 days of injury because I did not use it just after.

For sure ice will work like magic in knee swelling along with crepe bandage or knee brace.
You still need to get x ray done to rule out fracture.
You should consult orthopaedic surgeon to examine your knee joint for effusion in knee joint because effusion in knee joint cause swelling and it need to get aspirated here ice does not work.
