You apparently had a slight headache with pain in eyes,which most commonly results from stress and comes under the spectrum of Tension type headache .Mild gastric upset is common to cause anxiety and restlessness. My advise is to get some mild analgesics like paracetamol along with proton pump inhibitors like pantoprazole .If you have diarrhoea,please take good amount of Oral rehydration solution and probiotics.
