Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Escitalopram will not help with the body pain. It will help to elevate the depressed mood. In case the pain is persistent then a mild pain killer can help.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
