Will Draining A Sprained Femur Relieve Pressure For A Ninety Year Old?
My mom had a fall and sprained her femur badly she is 90 years old. Went to hospital and she was admitted but they will not drain and they are afraid of bacteria, telling the family it will take 6-8 weeks in hospital. I thought draining it would relieve some of the pressure/

i would like to know more history , is she able to walk,does she have any fever, does she have thigh swelling,
