hi dr , i'm a 49 years and i have heavy menstrual bleeding for roughly a month .. the bleeding heavy and also with clots .. sometimes it stops and then rebleeding again .. i just have done ultrasound exam. now and the endometrium thickness is 22 mm the dr advised me to do an urgent curettage .. but there is still bleeding right now does it works curettage even in bleeding or it will be risky ?! and thanks
