Will Buscopan Help With Muscle Pain Following Hip Replacement?

Hi there. I had a total hip replacement in February 2013 and now have muscle pains in my thighs which threatens to spasm. After my surgery I had severe muscle spasms which had settled down but for the past 4-5 months I have been getting this constant thigh pain. X-rays show that the new hip is fine and in good position. The operated side is roughly half an inch longer than the other. I wonder if buscopan could help with the muscle pain? Many thanks, Anne
