if i have oral sex with a gal that is a regular Marijuana user ( esp. if she use's that specific night of said act ) ...will i contract a substantial amount of THC thru her Vaginal Fluid to be at risk of getting "High" of having a positive test for THC?...

No, you are not likely to test positive for THC after ingesting vaginal secretions of someone who uses marijuana regularly.
