General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Gynexin is an over the counter herbal supplement claimed to be effective in the treatment of gynaecomastia however its efficacy for such condition has not been proved on any clinical studies. Since you do not wish to undergo its surgical removal so I suggest you either tamoxifen or clomifene to be prescribed by your doctor.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
