Will Galvus-Met-bd And Diamicron 60mg Be Effective For A 75-year-old?
Hi! This is regarding my father who i 75 years old , he is a diabetic and underwent angioplasty years back .he is presently on galvusmet bd (50+1gm) and diamicron 60 mg 2od, and still his sugars are fasting 140-150 mg/dl and after eating 230 above . Please suggest any change or addition of medicines

He is having uncontrolled diabetes so treatment needs to be optimized, and may need to increase Diamicron to twice, daily and may also add, Dapaglipfozan 5mg daily to increase the control.
