Why Was Solupred Prescribed?
I have been prescribed solupred 20mg (2 tablets/day after breakfast) for 4 days and 4 next days 1 tablet per day after breakfast. I am trying to understand why I was prescribed solupred, what use it has to my state of health. I am allergic to dust mites (According to me) and the doctor called me again after my 8 days treatment to schedule an allergy test.

You must had features suggestive of acute inflammation, when you visited the doctor. so to reduce inflammation doctor advised you Solupred. Nothing to worry.
