Why The Menstrual Periods Are Irregular?

hi i m dua khan.my age is 27 still unmarried..i have my ist period when i was 12 years old.till 2008 it was good.but after that it was iregular i cinsulted the gynea and pcod was ditected she provide me some medication for 6 montgs and during those months my period remains regular and after that all tests was normal and doctor stios medication and for almost 6years everything was going good but previis year again same iregularity problem hapens and i again consult doc and again mild pcod was detected again i took medication agian it sorted.now frm last month i didnt have my periods again.what should i do now.... and i am thinking about marriage is it good to marry as i have very much irregularity in my periods due to pcod.and again i always have mood swings i get angry on small small things...plz suggest me what should i do.
