hi my name is Sheila, I have recently develop a body odor, I don't sweat it is not a underarm issue. when I rub my skin on my arm it smell like urine, and I fishy smell odor coming from my mouth and odor coming from nose also. what can make someone body odor to change so fast and is there a treatment I can try

HI.
This is not the body odor. You are suffering from what is called as foetor.
You may have a bad sinus infection and consult an ENT surgeon who on examination will diagnose and treat you accordingly.
