What Gives Strong Odour To Urine?

My name is Robyn, my urine is very strong in odour, no infection. My mouth is very bitter in taste. I have been prescribed Nexium by my GP but the taste in my mouth becomes worse. This has been happening for over 12 months. My urine is strong 24/7

Dear-thanks for using our service, I understand your concern and will help you with my medical advise. It is important to drink at least 32 onz of water daily because your urine can be dark due to is very concentrated. Another possibility is that you might be eliminating a lot of protein or bilirrubin which is a substance that is mostly eliminated in the bile but if there is any obstruction in the liver, can be eliminated by urine. I suggest you to get an urine sample for analysis and culture for a better information of your condition.
