Why my 5 yr old is having inching in the buttocks hole specially during night when he eats some sweets ?

hy sir my son is 5 yrs old he complaining itches ( KHARISH , KHUJLI ) in buttocks hole many times specially in night when he is sleeping and if he is using any kind of sweets the itch(KHARISH) is increases wht is taht ? what can i do ?

Thanks for query,
it seems that your son might have some worm infestation .
Go for stool test for ova and cyst of worms.
Give him Alminth syrup one bottle once in a week for 2 weeks.
