Hello there,
Welcome to HCM,

Swelling in the jaws after having food is suggestive of allergic reactions to certain food products.
The oral mucosa is may be inflammed known as mucositis which is may be due to viral infection or even due to deficiency of certain vitamins.
start with multivitamin supplements for 7 to 10 days and vitamin C lozenges will help in resolving the problem.
if the symptoms do not subside within a week consult a physician and get the examination.
i hope this helps,
take care.
