I m 19 and have had my period for about 6 years. I ve been noticing a green spot on my tampon when I pull it out this month. The first few days it was really uncomfortable to put it in as well.

Blood changes color, it has got pigments in it. So turns to green after its been out of body for some time. So change tampons frequently. Some times heavy bleeding also makes tampons removal uncomfortable. Still to be sure, get yourself examined by a gynaecologist.Takecare.
