Why Is The Tip Of My Of My Penis Red, Sore And Swollen?

The tip of my penis is very red and sore and a little swollen. It hurts really bad to pee and ejaculate. I have had one red bump with a scab underneath my penis and another one just started appearing. It's been goin on for two weeks with no signs of getting better. Can u please give me an idea of what I have

Thank you for the query.

Your symptoms indicate an infection in this area. It can be fungal (most probable) or bacterial infection. Please note that penis is a great environment for fungi to grow. You may also find it itching.
I suggest you to consult dermatologist. Swab test of penis tip should be done to determine the infection factor. In case of fungi infection, antifungal cream will be necessary.

Please also try to keep this area clean and dry.
