Why Is My Stomach Moving Like A Heartbeat?

Hi, I haven't had my period since October. I passed a clot then bled for a day, two days after I stopped bleeding my fiance and I had intercourse. Recently I've noticed many changes in my body and now my stomach is moving like a heartbeat, I'm slightly confused when I take a pregnancy test they all come back negative.

Hi, welcome to healthcare. As with pulse, whenever one presses any artery against a firm structure like bone, you can feel the pulsation which corresponds to the heartbeat. If you are a slim person with not much abdominal fat, when you press down in the midline of abdomen, you are actually pressing the aorta(largest artery in body) against the spine. That is why it appears as if the stomach is pulsating. This has nothing to do with pregnancy!
