Why Is My Sister Not Able To Speak Aloud After Being Bitten By A Snake?

Hi, my sister was bitten by a plain green snake about 4 weeks ago.she was treated for the bite and the leg healed but since then her voice left her.she can only whisper.recently she developed rash on her face and in her throat.what may be the problem and will she talk loudly again?

green snake bites lead to edema (swelling ) of larynx ,where the voice box is located.
that will cause loss of speech temporarily.
tab containing serratiopeptide will reduce edema
(LYSER FORTE Tab twice daily for 5 days)
meanwhile pls consult an ENT surgeon for laryngeal examination
