Why Is My Child Having Pain In Back Of Head After Root Canal Treatment?

daughter had extensive dental work including root canal on one of her baby molars and 8 silver caps put on all molars yesterday and has been complaining about a pain towards the back of her head. So tender it hurts to brush her hair. Is this related to a root canal

Root canal therapy causes deep root pain initially.
The nerve endings stimulated there can cause referred pain in the ear, head, face.
This is because of common nerve supply .
There is nothing to worry, should settle soon
