Hi,

Welcome to HCM.

Bite like rashes spreading all over the body could be a maculopapular rash of chicken pox or measles. I would suggest application of calamine lotion over the rashes, fluid diet and over the counter fever medications if she is having any fever. Please get in touch with her doctor (pediatrician) for further advice.
Food allergies rarely present with spreading rash.
Thanks.
