Thanks for your question on HCM. To give any opinion I need to see your ECG first. And it is quite pissible to have ecg changes without any symptoms. ECG is baseline screening test for cardiac workup. I suggest you to consult cardiologist with your ECG and also get done fresh ECG to compare with previous one. Sometimes in normal activity one can not feel symptoms, but on exertion he/she can have symptoms. In this situation TMT (Trade Mill Test) is important. So consult other cardiologist and discuss things with him.
