Welcome to HCM!
Teh presentation can be due to few Easton's-
1. blood pressure fluctuations- low BP. so, please get her BP monitored twice to thrice a day, and see if there is any relation with the same.
2. due to do cervical spondylosis: get an X Ray neck, if there are signs- teach her exercises and may be she needs medication for the same. it is quite a common cause for headache and dizziness.
3. can be due to organicity in brain. if other factors are ruled out, please get a CAT scan app to rule it out.

Hope the reply is useful
