Why Is Susten Prescribed During Pregnancy?

Hi doctor I am 5 week pregnant and my doctor prescribed me to take susten 200 vaginally also he advised to take folci d and pregmain tab twice a day moreover he told that I have no heartbeat of fetal so he gave injection of hcg .I want to know that it is necessary or it affect on child ? Is it safe to take so many tablet at 5 week.this is my first pregnancy I am so much worried please help

Understand your concern
Susten and pregmain contain progesterone.
It will help to maintain the pregnancy and promote the growth of the baby in high risk pregnancy.
Folci D is anti histamine tablet ans reduce the morning sickness.
Progesterone does not affect the fetus and safe to use during pregnancy.
Take under the advice of gynecologist and regular follow up is must to know the progress of baby.
HCG and low molecular heparin should be given to maintain the pregnancy.
