Why Is Ecosprin Tablet Advised During Pregnancy?

Hi doctor my wife 23 Years old, she is pregnant near about 26 Weeks. yesterday we scanned the baby, but doctor say water level is little bit reduced. so she need to be injectioned, and doctor gave a tablet ecosprin 75. what is the use of that one and what kind of injection it would be?

Hello welcome to HCM, pregnancy is a hypercoaguable state , hence sometimes the blood flow to the fetus will also not be adequate to ensure proper blood flow for proper growth ecosprin is administered.
