Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

This is quite normal in thin and tall persons. Anyway, I would recommend performing some tests to investigate other possible causes that may lead to this clinical situation:

- a resting ECG and cardiac ultrasound
- thyroid hormone levels for possible thyroid gland dysfunction
- complete blood count for anaemia
- blood electrolytes for possible imbalance.

You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
