Why I Am Feeling Dizzy And Tired After Sexual Intercourse?

Hi, My name is rana. I have married 6 months ago. From that time I ve discovered after sexual intercourse i feel very weak and dizzy. I usually have sex two times in a week. My age is 26. I don t have any drug addiction. Please help. Give your suggestions.

Sexual intercourse is a mutual intense exercise and involves the function of a lot of muscles and your brain. The body burns up a lot of calories during sex. Your foods and liquids need to be replenished much the same way after sex as with any strenuous physical activity. You may have sex after having a light snack. Also spend adequate time in foreplay and also be gentle and give yourself and your partner times during sex. This will enable both of you to have a more closer bond and also conserve your energy.
