MY NAME IS VIVIAN 45 YEARS OLD WEIGHT IS 134 AND 5 7 HEIGHT I HAVE BEEN FEELING LIKE DIZZY IM SITTING IN FRONT OF A COMPUTER ALL DAY AND ESPECIALLY WHEN I CROSS MY LEGS I FEEL LIGHT HEADED LIKE I CANT MOVE MY BODY FORWARD CAUSE I START GETTING DIZZY AND SWEATY

I am so sorry to hear about these dizzy spells that you have reported. Please, the most common cause of dizziness is dehydration. make sure you drink enough fluids and more so if you are in a hot weather. Always take the time to stretch in between tasks so as to help improve blood circulation to all parts of the body. Should they persist even after proper fluid intake, please get evaluated by your primary care doctor.
