Why Haven't Steroid Shots Subsided The Tingling Sensation Caused By Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension?
I am 39 year old female and I was operated for PDA ligation at the age of 3. I was diagnosed with Pulmonary Arterial hypertension with eissenmengers (pulmonary artery- aorto window) at the age of 15. I was managing without medicines all these years. but they started tadalafil in 2010 may. since oct 2010 i have been having tingling feeling in my right palm and slowly it has spread to my left face, inside mouth and left hand. the neurologist did a sural nerve biopsy and also did various tests and said it was auto immune problem and i am on steroids and azoran for the past one year. but i have not found any change in my tingling and difference in sensation. now i am not sure if it is auto immune or a side effect of tadalafil. please help me with this situation.

What you're experiencing may be due to a combination of autoimmune problems, pulmonary hypertensions and tadalafil side effects.
So i suggest to keep going with this medications and talk with your doctors to low your pulmonary hypertension below 45mmHg. If this isn't done than you can add another pill in your therapy.
