Why Don T I Remember Anything After Recovered From Pneumonia?

I had pneumonia I don t remember going to the doctors or being admitted to the hospital, I got transferred to another hospital but don t remember anything. I had chest tubes and thorasic surgery, don t remember any of it. Could you please tell me why I don t remember anything. I didn t have a fever. I was in the hospital for 21 days.

u seems to have amnesia for events happened during ur hospitalizations. we call it encephalopathy..
cause in ur case may be infection itself or electrolyte disturbances.....whatever may be the cause....but as u r normal now......indicates total recovery.....so don't worry.....
