Why Does Penis Feel Cold And Tingly After Receiving A Treatment For Chlamydia And Trichomoniasis?

The tip of my penis feels cold and tingly with a dull pain. No discharge. I went and got treated for Chlamydia,Gonorrhea, and Trichomoniasis yesterday just in case but today I am still experiencing the same issue. This has been happening off and on for a few months. I am HIV + but undetectable. Do you have any ideas what it could be?

Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Even though you had been treated with single dose therapy for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea and Trichomonas, the symptoms will take a week to settle. So you need not worry. If symptoms persist a week after your treatment in spite of drinking adequate fluids, then repeat the tests on urine deposits and culture and sensitivity for STD and non-STD organisms. Further treatment can be planned according to the outcome of the test results.
