Can Chlamydia And Trichomoniasis Occur At The Same Time?

Hello doctor. I have recently been checked, diagnosed, and treated for Trich. But now my partner is saying he has chlamydia and I was the only person he slept with. What is the chance I may have both and they missed/confused the diagnosis for Chlamydia?
